Scott MacRae has history!

From Premier Sous Chef at The Dorchester (yes, the London one), to Executive Head Chef on luxury cruise liners - the food doesn't get much better than that - providing for 24 restaurants feeding up to 2800 passengers (and something like 1200 crew as well) on a 24-hour basis - to The White Hart - where he's finally put down his anchor

Chef describes his food as ''eclectic'' - you can enjoy anything from Sausage & Mash to Lobster Thermidor; from Liver & Panetta to Thai Scallops. All cooked to perfection

Scott has put his signature on the food here - but doesn't then try to run a dozen establishments as some have done. This is it - the only one that Scott has, runs or works at. He's in his fourth year here, he likes it, he likes the area, and he's here to stay! Most of the staff have been here since Scott started here, as well

Asked about his motto, or credo, he says:
