Enter the village of Chalfont St. Giles from the A413 - the main road between Amersham and Uxbridge. At that point you are about x miles from The White Hart

Drive down the main road into the village, drive right through it and up the hill the other side - heading towards Jordans and Seer Green

At the top of the hill, you will technically be in the are known as Three Households, and you will find The White Hart at the top of the hill on the right hand side - the building is painted grey and has silver signage lettering on it
